Austin based Los Armadillos Coffee has been roasting the finest 100% high-grown Arabica coffee for restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries in Central Texas and around the country since 1994. Times may have changed, but our passion for coffee, the process, and the people have not. Los Armadillos is a founding member if Cooperative Coffees, a green-bean buying collective comprised of Fair Trade roasters/members which work in partnership with our associated coffee producers to create more equitable trade mechanisms, and is actively involved in our community to educate and inspire our customers about the importance of Fair Trade. The majority of coffee roasted at Los Armadillos is Fair Trade Organic.
