Sweetwater Organic Coffee is proud to be Florida's Local 100% Organic and Shade Grown, Gourmet, Fair Trade Certified coffee roasting company. Our delicious, High Altitude, Heirloom, Organic Specialty Arabica coffees are small-batch roasted to order daily in Gainesville, Florida. We shop the globe to bring you only the world's finest, 100% Specialty Quality, Small Lot, Certified Environmentally and Socially Responsible benchmark coffees from identified sources, so our Origins rotate seasonally depending on what's available on the current market.
At Sweetwater, our roasting philosophy is simple: honor and accentuate the unique Terroir qualities of each individual origin and bring out each bean's own distinct, natural character. We constantly strive to present the perfect roast for each bean we are privileged to acquire, and fanatically create blends to delight the Connoisseur by accentuating and expanding upon the inherent flavors of each wonderful bean.
Signing a licensing agreement with Ethiopia makes sense to us for the long term good of the Ethiopian coffee industry and will enhance and strengthen our strong friendship with our excellent Ethiopian producers. We are excited about participating in this project and contributing to its success in bettering the lives of the farmers and other coffee producers as they continue to improve upon the already excellent quality of Ethiopian Coffees.
